altLAB Virtual Office Hours

Commencing Tuesday 28th April, for two weeks altLAB colleagues will be on hand every day from 3pm- 4pm to respond to your emerging issues or challenges that arise through the first two weeks of teaching.

How do Virtual Office Hours work?

Join the Zoom Virtual Waiting Room, our host will greet you and direct your query to the relevant on hand expertise, who will contact you directly via Microsoft Teams. Please have your Microsoft Teams status on available.

To ensure we can assist as many colleagues as possible, appointments will be 10 minutes long. If more time is required we will follow up with you at another time.

Upcoming Sessions

Our sessions will be open for all academic colleagues to join through the links below – registration is not required. However, there is a limit of 250 attendees to each session.

Session recordings will be made available on this page. Sessions with a large demand will be repeated in the coming weeks.

To participate in a live session please open the session in Google Chrome or Firefox. Headsets, microphones and webcams are required if interactions with audio and videos are desired.
